Shipping policy
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from Denmark and Italy.
We use GLS for Danish shipments and UPS/DHL Express for international shipments.
Couriers pick-up at our warehouses on all weekdays, thus you can rest assured that your order will be shipped within 48 hours at most. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details on your shipment.

Kindly note that the listed transit times are approximate estimates. The exact delivery time is dependant on your location. Once you have received your tracking number, you will be able to see the expected delivery date on the couriers website:

Returns
It’s a rare occasion that our customers are dissatisfied. Should it happen, we are here to help you. We accept returns of all orders within 14 days for a full refund.
The return shipment has to be received at our warehouse within the 14-day return period. Please note that we only accept returns with the following couriers: GLS (for domestic orders) and UPS and DHL for international orders.
For the return to be valid, the product has to be in its original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
In case you want to return your order, send us an email at: contact@aveugle-shop.com with your order number, email address and a short message on why you want to return your purchase and we will promptly guide you on how to proceed.
Warranty
We offer warranty / right of complaint to all customers within EU, as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. This warranty is valid from the moment you receive your purchase and for two years thereafter.
If your product does not look, work or function as advertised you are eligible for:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product
- Partial/full refund
You will receive a full refund of the product, if and only if it is used to the extent that is necessary to ascertain whether the product was as advertised or not. This means, that you may use the product as you would when you try on a product in a physical store. If product usage exceeds this limit, we consider it used, which means that you will only get a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the product.
The commercial value of the product is determined by Aveugleshop based on the condition of the returned product. Please reach out to us at contact@aveugle-shop.com if you would like to use your right of complaint on a purchase.
Duties & Taxes

Customs duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries.
For locations outside the EU, please be aware that you may incur an import duty fee of approximately 10-20% of your total order value. These charges are calculated and imposed by local authorities. While our customer care team does their absolute best to minimize these fees, they cannot be completely eliminated. Aveugle is not responsible for these charges and will not accept returns based on items being rejected due to applicable customs duties.
