Refunds

Once your return package has been received and approved by our warehouse team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, you will receive an email notification, and you may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. In this case, you may choose to exchange it for the same item, select another product from our website of equal value, or receive a full refund.
