Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team.
After approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
In the event that a return is rejected, you will be notified by email and may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
Please note that return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team at contact@aveugle-shop.com.
Exchanges (Faulty/Incorrect Items)
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
In this case, you may choose to:

exchange the item for the same product (subject to availability),

select another product of equal value, or

receive a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by AVEUGLE for faulty or incorrect items.
