Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses in Italy and Germany.
We ship all orders using UPS, DHL or FedEx Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Couriers collect parcels from our warehouses on business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location and local courier operations. Once your tracking number is available, the expected delivery date will be visible on the courier’s website.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Prepaid return labels will be provided by AVEUGLE.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us at contact@aveugle-shop.com.
Include the following in your email: your order number & the reason for the return. Our team will then confirm eligibility and provide return label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact or outside the 14-day return period may be refused.
Refund processing
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.
After the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. In such cases, you will be notified by email and may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.
Warranty
We offer warranty / right of complaint to all customers within EU, as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. This warranty is valid from the moment you receive your purchase and for two years thereafter.
If your product does not look, work or function as advertised you are eligible for:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product
- Partial/full refund
You will receive a full refund of the product, if and only if it is used to the extent that is necessary to ascertain whether the product was as advertised or not. This means, that you may use the product as you would when you try on a product in a physical store. If product usage exceeds this limit, we consider it used, which means that you will only get a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the product.
The commercial value of the product is determined by Aveugle based on the condition of the returned product. Please reach out to us at contact@aveugle-shop.com if you would like to use your right of complaint on a purchase.
Duties & Taxes

Customs duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries.
For locations outside the EU, please be aware that you may incur an import duty fee of approximately 10-20% of your total order value. These charges are calculated and imposed by local authorities. While our customer care team does their absolute best to minimize these fees, they cannot be completely eliminated. Aveugle is not responsible for these charges and will not accept returns based on items being rejected due to applicable customs duties.
