Once your return shipment is received and checked within the 14-day return period, we will send you an email letting you know we received your return shipment.
Kindly note that if your product is not in its original condition and packaging, we reserve the right to reject your return.
If that is the case, we will send you an email letting you know your return has been rejected. You can then decide whether you want a partial refund or the product sent back to you at your cost.
If your return is approved, we will promptly send you an email letting you know. Your refund will then be processed and you will automatically receive it on your original method of payment. It may take between 2-5 business days for it to arrive.
If your product is defective or damaged when received, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly assist you. You can choose to exchange it for the same product or another product from our website at the same total value. We can also issue you a full refund.
